AWCON 2018: Two Nigerian Referees Picked For AWCON Tournament

The Confederation Of Africa Football (CAF) has picked a total of 25  officials from the 32 selected for training for the upcoming Africa Women Cup of Nations ( AWCON) billed to hold in Ghana and to last between 17th of November to December 1st.

Two Nigerian Referees make the final list of selected referees and Assistance Referees that will officiate in the tournament after undergoing a training and preparatory courses by going through medical screening and theoretical and physical drills.

Madu Ndidi Patience and Mimisen Agatha Iyorhe were two Nigeria Referees listed among the 25 selected from 18 Africa countries to officiate in the finals.

Both referees have officiated games in the Nigeria Professionals Football League and Nigeria Women Premier League.
