Super Eagles To Get $25,000 For Each Goal Scored In South Africa

The Super Eagles of Nigeria to get a whopping of $25,000 from the Delta State government for each goal scored in Saturday Africa cup of nation Qualifiers against South Africa at the FNB Stadium in Soweto.

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa make the declaration whileaddressing the players and the coaching crews immediately after their training session at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba. The other training session of the Super Eagles during Tuesday evening was close to general public and was Watched by Governor Okowa, NFF president Amaju Pinnick and few government functionaries.

The team focus on general ball possession techniques and blending under the watchful eyes of Coach Gernot Rohr.

Addressing the players, Governor IfeanyiOkowa urge commitment to the National assignment in South Africa expressing confidence of victory.

The Governor assured them of his totalsupport saying, the promised them cash award represent the desire of the government go see them successful and do the Nation proud.

The president of Nigeria football federation, AmajuPinnick had told the Governor that the hospitality enjoyed from the state government so far was stimulant for the team ahead of Saturday show down in South Africa and November 20th friendly against the cranes of Uganda at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.

He announce that theState government has already released the appearance fee for the Uganda National team just as the arrangement have concluded for thier arrival and up keep.

The Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr and the team acting captain Ahmed Musa thank the Governor for the generosity extended since their arrival at Asaba and promise go do the Nation proud in South Africa to enable the celebration when they return.

They express their readiness to show their commitment  and qualify the Nation for next year AFCON That will be hosted in Cameroon.
