Onije Kenneth Chisom Joins Portuguese Side, CD Feirense.
Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) can confirm that Onije Kenneth Chisom has joined Portuguese based side, CD Feirense.
Kenneth Chisom joined the Sky Blue Stars feeders in 2015 after a Pan Nigeria Youth Tournament was hosted by Remo Stars to find young talents for the future in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
He featured for the feeders in 2016 when he played in the Lagos Metro League helping his team to the final of the competition.
In 2017, he played in the Nigeria Nationwide League One (NLO) and then made his debut for the senior team on Match Day 30 in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) against Shooting Stars at the Gateway International Stadium, Sagamu.
The young and vibrant midfielder was part of the NPFL U17 All Stars that featured in last year’s Gauteng Future Champions Football tournament held in South Africa.
He also participated for Nigeria when the Golden Eaglets played against the Baby Menas in Niamey for the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Interestingly for the young lad, he was part of the Nigeria National League (NNL) squad that returned the Sky Blue Stars to the top tier of Nigeria Football, Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
He is the latest player to join CD Feirense from Remo Stars FC.
We appreciate his contributions to the club and we equally wish him the best of luck in his future career.
