Agege Township Stadium, Lagos To Host Nigeria Women Premier League Super Four Tournament

The Nigeria Women Premier League chairperson Aisha Folade have announce the venue and date for the Nigeria Women Premier League Super four tournament after almost 3 months of the end of regular season.

The Super four tournament will be hosted by Lagos State at the Agege Township Stadium on the 23rd to 26 of January.

The Super four which is a tournament to determine the women league winner was supposed to be concluded last year but was shifted forward to the this year due to Super Falcons AWCON games to give rooms for clubs whom thier players were invited to the national team not be short of players in the Super four tournament.

The four teams whom qualify for the Super four tournament are defending champion, Nasarawa Amazons, Aiteo cup winners, Rivers Angels, Sunshine Queens and Bayelsa United.

The Super four is promised to be explosive as the four teams will looking forward to be Crown champions of the 2017/2018 Nigeria Women Premier League, NWPL season.
