Chipsah,is of the opinion the former convict has so much stored in him and the best is yet to come.
“I personally believe it’s a blessing in disguise but it doesn’t just happen,It calls for hardwork, determination and discipline. He didn’t had it easy,he struggled to earn a first team place but through the encouragement we gave and his hardwork,he’s doing great now.
I’ve known him for a couple of years and I know his qualities and abilities reason why I’ve been behind him all this while but I’ve cautioned him against complecency.
He is a player who started his football in Kumasi and those who know him can testify he has more in him.
He has a lot more to offer for Ghana football,we need to guide and encourage him.
Chipsah recounts the psychological work he did on Bonsu to reach this feet
“In life when you are faced with a trial of which you are innocent,it serves as a motivation and has less effect on you.
I used Jobs’ story as a reference to encourage him. His ex thought he was destroying his career but it’s the opposite now. It’s been a blessing in disguise.
Thanks to his family and everyone who encouraged him. The target we set was to relaunch his career and seek pastures abroad and it has not yet manifested, this is just the beginning and we pray he helps Kotoko and Ghana to reach higher feet.
