Saddick Adams Sports Obama To Land Position At John Paintsil’s Stallions Fc.

The Ghana Premier League side are set to announce the renowned sports journalist as their new communications director, Zonefoot. Net has learnt.

Owners of Stallions FC have reached an agreement to appoint Mr. Saddick Adams affectionately called Sports Obama as the club’s head of communications.

The Sports broadcaster and writer has been drafted in the new management of Stallions FC which was formerly Wa All Stars.

Ex-Ghana defender John Paintsil and his partners acquired the 2016 Ghana Premier League champions from after its owner, Kwesi Nyantakyi was handed a lifetime ban by FIFA from all football related activities.

It is believed that former Ghana Football Association President, Kwesi Nyantakyi sold the club to new owners around USD 2.5 million.

Mr. Adams is currently the head of sports for Atinka Media Village which operates Atinka TV (Accra), Agyenkwa FM (Kumasi), Atinka FM (Accra) and Ahortor FM (Takoradi).

He has previously worked with several radio stations in Ghana including Dinpa FM, Parrot FM, Moonlite FM, Storm FM and Angel FM all in Ghana??.

He is renowned in the Ghanaian media as well as the sports circles and his works has been published on global platforms such as the BBC, Sky Sports, Daily Mail, Gazzetta Italy, Telegraph and CGTN China and others following his knowledge about African Football.

The Ghana Institute of Journalism graduate also corresponds for globally acclaimed Media houses such as SuperSport TV, BBC, and Netherlands-based Zoomin TV.

Mr. Adams was adjudged the Sports Journalist of the Year at the 2018 Ghana Journalist Association Awards.
