Coach Ogunbote of Rangers International of Enugu have said during an interview that the reason why Enugu Rangers was unable to get all 3 points in Sagamu was due to bad pitch of the Gateway Stadium in Sagamu.
“Well if I want to say, I will say 2 points drop, 2 points Drop in the sense that, 2 points drop one way, 1 point drop the other way”. He said
Earlier after the game, the head coach of Remo Stars Kennedy Boboye also complained about the playing turf of the Gateway Stadium in Sagamu.
“We were unable to play our game because of the turf that’s two points lost, we derived the means of not getting home empty handed that’s one point today” Coach Ogunbote said.
” We expected it, Even from the second half, one thing you should know is that even a team at the bottom half of the league, partly dropping should expect that they will come out to do all thier best “.
Enugu Rangers are third on group B log with 16 points from 7 games.
