AFC Leopard’s Ghanaian defender Isaac Oduro has alleged that Coach Paa Kwasi Fabian takes bribe to influence his selection to the National Youth team of Ghana, the Black starlets.
According to the 22-year-old defender, the former U-17 trainer takes bribe before calling up players for the national duty.A act which he was a culprit.
“Paa Kwasi Fabian took GHC 3,000 to invite players to the national U-17 team. In the year 2012, Agyare Benjamin and I were called to the U-17 team and we paid 3000 each”.
“The Starlets techincal team demanded the money, to have us in the team”, Isaac told Ghana-Sunyani based Staion Nimde3 FM.
“Accepting bribe happens in real life, the team manager takes on the recommendation of the coach. But I always say that, as a player who believes in your talent don’t need to pay bribe to play for the national team”.
The talented left-back played for Accra Hearts of Oak and Okwahu United before leaving the shores of Ghana to Kenya.
