Nigeria Home based Eagles will face Togo in their opening Match at the 2019 WAFU cup of nations in Senegal this year.
The tournament will run from September 28 till 13 of October with all matches taking place at the stade lat Dior in the beautiful city of thies.
This year edition will not be group as it will be separated into a cup and plate compensation with each team playing a minimum of two tournament.
There will games in a day before a rest day on 2 October before the cup final on 13 October.
The draw on Wednesday at the Radisson Blu sea plaza hotel in Dakar decided the first 8 fixtures phase of knockout matches and the winner of those matches progressing to the cup phase competition while the losers will go into the plate phase.
The first game of the 2019 WAFU Cup of Nations will be between host, Senegal and Guinea on the 28 September, this will follow by Ghana taking on The Gambia on same day.
Nigeria will be up against Togo on the 29 September, followed by Morocco against Liberia.
