“It’s A Dream For Me”- Kwabena Owusu

CD Leganés striker on loan at Salamanca CF in Spain, Kwabena Owusu has disclosed his happiness for been selected in the Black Stars final squad for AFCON 2019.

The 21 year old who joined Spanish club, CD Leganés in 2017 would hopefully make his debut appearance in the 2019 AFCON after being called to the Ghanaian national team for the first time.

The top scorer for the Black Meteors (U 23 ) of Ghana in the Olympics games qualifiers took to his twitter page to disclose his happiness.

Owusu scored 10 goals in 25 matches for Salamanca CF in the 2018/19 season. He also scored a hat-trick for the Black Meteors against Togo in their first qualifying match.

He would be hoping to strike for the Stars with Ghana’s all time top scorer, Asamoah Gyan, Jordan Ayew of Crystal Palace and fellow debutant in the AFCON tournament, Caleb Ekuban.
