Ghana Premier League giants, Asante Kotoko SC have tabled a bid of GH¢ 2,000 for Inter Allies sensational defender Paul Abanga.
The Reds who will be representing Ghana in next seasons CAF Inter club competition is looking forward to augment their squad.
Zonefoot. Net can exclusively report that, the Premier League record holders (24), Kotoko has prepared an offer of GH¢ 2,000 to snatch Paul Abanga away from Allies in the ongoing transfer window.
The Porcupine Warriors after releasing their captain Amos Frimpong (right back) to Guinean side Kaloum Stars has spotted sensational right full back Paul Abanga as his replacement and a better back-up plan for new coach Kjetil Zacharriasen.
The former National U-17 and U-20 Star featured 12 times from 14 appearances for the Accra based outfit in the NC special cup. He was among the few that made such numbers in the competition.
The 22-year-old defender was on the radar of City-rivals Liberty Professionals during the NC special Cup. Though the Scientific Soccer Lads has not taken their sight over him, but is set to lose him to Ghana Premier League giant’s Asante Kotoko SC.
Abanga has a season more left on his contract with Inter Allies, having joined in 2014.
