Hearts of Oak have announced the signing of former Liberty Professionals striker Bernard Arthur from AS Ain Milila in Algeria.
The former Black Meteors player penned his signature on paper for the Rainbow club on a long term deal.
The club announced his signing on their official Twitter page today.
The 22-year-old player joins Hearts of Oak as a free agent. He also plied his trade for Tanzanian giants Azam FC.
The 1.75 meters striker scored 10 goals for the scientific soccer lads (Liberty Professionals) in 24 appearances during the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League season.
