[Nigeria] CAF U-23: Coach Imama Amapakabo Speak Ahead Of Sudan Clash

The head coach of the Nigeria U-23 team Coach Imama Amapakabo said he is optimistic of his team getting a positive results in the return leg of the CAF U-23 qualifiers on Tuesday.

“Every Results in football is risky, is a risky business and we have to try as much as possible to keep our heads”.

Nigeria lost the first leg in Sudan courtesy of a first half goal, the U-23 Eagles will be looking to overturned the scoreline like they did against the Libya.

“We are one goal away and then we hope that we will be able to get the results and keep our heads we are going to try to play our football best possible way we can”.

Coach Imama Amapakabo while speaking on Sunday evening after his team evening training session said he is impress with the team so far and his team team is different from the one that were eliminated by the Sudan U-20 team three years ago.

Nigeria will take on Sudan in the return leg fixture on Tuesday September 10 at Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba.
