Former Shooting Stars Sports club player, Sunday Faleye who is on the scores sheet of the Olympics Eagles that trash Sudan in the return leg of the CAF U-23 qualifiers said his happy for the victory against Sudan.
“I feel Good, is actually a game for us to win and am glad we win the game”.
“I gave in my best because playing for the national team is not something any players can just come and play, is a grace and privilege”
Faleye who scored the Eagles fourth goals three minutes after he was introduced in the second half said he always gave his best each time he is on the pitch.
“When you have this chance you just have to take it and that’s what I did”.
“For me I love football no matter if am playing with any body even if is an academy team, I always want to do my best”.
“For me because am going with this passion of that i must score, I want to help this team it always comes so fast and some times is just the grace of God.
Faleye also assisted the fifth goal scored by the Solid miner striker Ibrahim Sunusi.
The Nigeria Olympic Eagles trashes Sudan 5-0 to overturned a 1-0 deficit in Sudan to book their place in the 2019 CAF U-23 Nations Cup in Egypt.
