[Ghana] 3 Ghanaians on Target In Hobro-Nordsjaelland Draw

Three Ghanaian players namely Emmanuel Sabbi, Mohammed Kudus and Sadiq Ibrahim were all on the scoresheet for their respective clubs as FC Nordsjaelland went away to draw 2-2 with Hobro in the Danish Superliga on Sunday afternoon.

Sabbi, who is eligible to play for Ghana, USA, and Italy opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a superb strike after Nordsjaeland were unable to clear their lines from a corner kick.

Anel Ahmedhodzic brought down Mykel Rygaard inside the penalty box in the 35th minute and Kudus made no mistake by hitting the penalty into the net to restore parity for Nordsjaelland.

It was a late drama at the DS Arena as Ghana under 20 winger Ibrahim Sadiq netted an 89th minute goal for Nordsjaelland but just a minute later, Kudus brought down an opponent in the penalty box and Edgar Babayan stepped up to beautifully place the spot kick in the net for the game to end 2-2.
