[Ghana] 5-Pillar Advise To The Kurt Okraku-Led GFA Administration

I want to thank the Normalization Committee for their work done (I have my reservations about how they worked though).

Now to our new president, Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku and the Executive Council congratulations for emerging the winners.

As a lover of football and most especially women’s football, I have been keenly following your actions so far and I must say I appreciate the way you are trying to blend the new and old faces for the betterment of the game in Ghana.

Mr President I learnt you are a product of Liverpool University, well am a Liverpool fan as well.

I can see you started a campaign named #Bringbackthelove.

Permit me to add my layperson’s knowledge advise because I know you and your capable Executive Council members are very knowledgeable.

1- I think is time to build at least a 7 year talents development plan for grassroot football.

2- I believe we must begin to adopt an innovative approach towards motivating national team players aside the hot Jama we see always on our screens that is not really yielding the needed results for us.

Currently I can say the most motivated football club on earth is Liverpool (How they play all out and never give up to always make sure they get the needed result to make their fans happy, it’s an open secret).

I don’t think Liverpool players have comedians in their vestiaire or part of the team that follow them to motivate their players, and I also don’t think the playing body of Liverpool have the highest winning bonuses in Europe.
