The Flying Antelope who took the lead through birthday boy Ibrahim Olawoyin in the 28 minutes were reduced to 10 men a minute to half time break.
Nine minutes into the second half, the visitors levelled from the spot through Mohammed Farouk after Isiaka Oladuntoye handled the ball needlessly in the box.
Rangers with a man down couldn’t hold the Egyptian club as they make a fast one with a counter to make it 2-1 before scoring from the spot for the second time as they walk away with a 3-1 victory in Enugu.
Rangers next game will be away to Al Masry of Egypt who also walk away with a 3-2 victory in Mauritania.
