Minister of Youth and Sports, Isaac Kwame Asiamah will on Friday September 4, 2020 cut sod for works to start at the Nkawkaw Sports Stadium which has been abandoned for nearly 25 years.
The event which will begin at 10:00am forms part of Ghana government broader projects on Sports Infrastructure Development across the country.
Already, the 10 multi-purpose complex and youth center promised by the government are nearing completion.
The programme will be supported by the leadership of National Sports Authority, Middle Belt Development Authority, the RCC and the Traditional Area
